Our experience in this sector spans a wide range of Office Buildings, from single storey to multi-storey high rise developments, both for single and multi-tenanted accommodation.
We have also been involved with the upgrading and refurbishment of the Kwazulu-Natal Department of Health’s flagship Natalia Head Office building in Pietermaritzburg over the past 10 years, covering all aspects of Electrical, Mechanical, Fire and ICT Services for these premises. Our design and documentation for a new Emergency Medical Services Call Centre in the West Wing of the Natalia Building has been completed and we are awaiting instructions to proceed to tender stage.
We also have vast experience in the Banking Sector, having successfully completed the upgrading of numerous existing and provision of new facilities for the First National Bank and ABSA Group overall several years.
